NOSSO CLUBE

Most volunteers worked with at least two 4-S clubs and some with up to eleven clubs. The majority of the PCV’s worked at the local level, that is within one county. Others worked on a regional level in as many as three counties. The volunteers organized a total of 58 new 4-S Clubs. Up through 1963 the Brazilian extension service estimates that there are a total of 500 4-S Clubs in Brazil with a total of 10,000 members.

The worldwide scale of rural youth club movement is own on a map with symbols of each country's youth organization. It was displayed at a regional convention in Juiz de For a, Minas Gerais.

A new 4-S Club in the state of Paraiba is inaugurated. Nelson Jacob, PCV responsible for its organization is at far right. PCVL Conrad Fritsch is seated in the center. Nelson worked in Serraría, Paraiba and his teammate was Minerva Diaz.
